1. 30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from sell n fix. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
2. Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 10% will be applied to all returns, excluding returns due to manufacturer defects or errors on our part. This fee covers the cost of processing and restocking the returned item. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
3. Warranty
All products sold by sell n fix are covered by a 90 day warranty against minor defects. This warranty covers any issues that may arise due to manufacturing or workmanship errors. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
4. Warranty Claim Process
If you encounter a minor defect within the warranty period, please contact us at support@sllnfix.org to initiate a warranty claim. We will guide you through the process and provide instructions on how to return the product. Proof of purchase will be required for warranty claims.
5. Warranty Coverage
During the warranty period, sell n fix will repair or replace the defective product at our discretion. If the product is no longer available, we may offer a suitable replacement or provide a refund. The warranty does not cover any additional costs, such as shipping fees or any damages caused by the use of the product.
6. Exclusions
The warranty does not cover defects or damages caused by improper use, accidents, negligence, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. It also does not cover damages caused by non-compliance with the product’s instructions, mishandling, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
7. Final Decision
Sell n Fix reserves the right to make the final decision on any warranty claim or return request. We strive to provide fair and reasonable resolutions to any issues that may arise, taking into consideration the specific circumstances and applicable laws.
